1. Delivery Fee: we offer a 50% reduction on the delivery fee.
2. Vehicle Preparation: your vehicle will undergo a thorough pre-delivery inspection to ensure everything is in perfect condition.
3. Shipping: once you deposit your down payment and delivery charges, we will update you within 2 hours maximum via email when your vehicle has been dispatched, along with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.
4. Delivery: on the day of delivery, our driver will contact you to confirm the delivery time and location. Please ensure you are home to receive the vehicle, as you will need to sign some documents.

Inspection and Acceptance

Once the vehicle is delivered, you can test it or have your mechanic check it out (3 to 4 days are allowed for inspection). If there are any issues, the vehicle can be sent back to our warehouse and your down payment will be fully refunded, minus a $150 processing fee. We are confident you will love your vehicle.
